A slow fermentation of organic wholemeal, rye and unbleached white flour. Covered in semolina for a well textured crust.

Recommendation: Our rustic bread is a great accompaniment to a fresh salad.

Ingredients: Strong Organic unbleached White flour, Organic Wholemeal flour, Rye Flour, water, yeast, salt.
