Pear and Almond Tart

Poached pear with almond frangipane filling and toasted almonds.  Available as a large 12/16 portion tart or as individual tarts (sold in multiples of 6).

Approximate sizes: Large 28cm and Individual 8cm.

Ingredients: Pastry- Plain flour, butter, sugar, eggs. Filling- Pear, sugar, butter, ground almonds, eggs, plain flour.
