Irish Wheaten Soda Bread

A traditional Irish Country Loaf, made with a blend of wholemeal flour, white flour, rolled oats, wheatgerm, buttermilk and lightly sweetened with black treacle.

Recommendation: Perfect with smoked salmon and seafood.

Approximate weight: 800g

Ingredients: Buttermilk, Wholemeal Flour, Oatmeal, Self Raising Flour, Milk, Black Treacle, Wheatgerm, bicarbonate of soda, salt.
