Mrs. Temple’s Wighton Cheese Tart with Pea and Mint

A delicious tart made with Wighton, an artisan, pasteurised cows’ milk cheese produced in Norfolk by Mrs. Temple’s Cheeses. Enhanced with pea and fresh mint.  Available as a large 12/16 portion tart or as individual tarts (sold in multiples of 6).

Approximate sizes: Large 28cm and Individual 8cm.

Ingredients: Plain flour, butter, eggs, salt. Filling- Wighton cheese, pea, mint, milk, cream, eggs.
