Bakewell Tart

Out of the two methods for making Bakewell tart, we have chosen the older and, we think, the better. Available as a large 12/16 portion tart or as individual tarts (sold in multiples of 6).

Approximate sizes: Large 28cm and Individual 8cm.

Ingredients: Pastry: Plain flour, butter, sugar, eggs. Filling: Ground almonds, sugar, butter, eggs.
