Focaccia with olive oil, rosemary & sea salt

This Italian flat bread is made with extra virgin olive oil and topped with fresh rosemary and sea salt giving it a distinct flavour and aroma.  Also available as a giant 3kg sheet.

Serving suggestions: Great for sharing or dipping in good oil and vinegar.

Ingredients: Strong Organic unbleached White flour, Organic Wholemeal flour, Rye Flour, water, sugar, olive oil, pomace oil, yeast, salt.
